SETTING UP YOUR TRACKER - ARSENAL
Set-up your app & Tracker
Create your Apex Athlete Series account and add all your preferences. Enter your unique 4-digit code on your Apex Tracker screen to pair. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and your Tracker is fully charged.

pair your HR Monitor (optional)
Track Heart Rate metrics by pairing a Heart Rate monitor to your Tracker. Don’t worry if you don’t need to have HR monitor - this is an optional step.

RECORD YOUR FIRST SESSION
Turn your Apex Tracker on and insert into vest with the power button facing out and the USB connection at the bottom. Once outside, the Apex Tracker will beep 3 times when it has acquired GPS signal. This means you are ready to go. Simply turn off your Tracker when finished.

SYNCING A SESSION - ARSENAL
SYNC
Now that you've completed your session, press the Sync button to transfer your session from the Tracker to the app.

Pro Score
See how your performance evolves throughout your career and how you Pro Score changes based on your most recent outputs.
TOTAL DISTANCE
A key measure of the volume of your session.
Intensity
The amount of high intensity distance covered during a session compared to the total distance covered during a session.
High Intensity Distance
A combination of all your HSR Distance and your distance covered while accelerating and decelerating.
MAX SPEED
The maximum speed you achieved during the session.
HSR (HIGH SPEED RUNNING)
Distance that you have covered over 5.5 m/s (19.8 km/h).
DISTANCE PER MINUTE
Distance you covered, divided by the duration of your session.
CURRENT SPEED
Speed you are currently running at. This can be viewed during a Live Workout.
DURATION
This is the length of your session. This can be edited in the ‘Edit Session’ tab in any given session.
CALORIES
A count of calories burned during a session.
STEP BALANCE
The balance of your running style.
Strain
The amount of external stress placed on your body during a given training or game.
ACCELERATIONS
How many times you accelerated over 3m/s².
DECELERATIONS
How many times you decelerated over 3m/s².
NUMBER OF SPRINTS
A count of how many sprints you achieved throughout your session. You must hold this speed for 1 second to register a sprint.
CURRENT HEART RATE*
This is your current heart rate in beats per minute.
AVERAGE HEART RATE*
This is your average heart rate during the session in beats per minute.
MAXIMUM HEART RATE*
This is your maximum heart rate reached during the session in beats per minute.
TIME IN RED ZONE*
Total time spent above 85% of your max heart rate.
